The percentage of CBD in a Tincture is a lot lower than the percentage in an oil. But because all terpenes are still present in a Tincture , the effect is greatly enhanced. The percentage of cannabidiol is 0.2%. This seems low compared to CBD oil, but because this is a <tc>Tincture</tc> all the terpenes are still present, which greatly enhances the effect.
